- Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or show up may result in a no-show fee, as specified during booking.
- Event Bookings: Cancellation policies for private events or large bookings will be outlined in the booking agreement. Deposits, if required, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Group Bookings: For groups of 8 or more, additional terms, such as minimum spend requirements or deposit payments, may apply. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. On-Premises Conduct
